- Modern Amenities: The Shepherd’s Hut is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a table and chairs, and a fully functional kitchenette featuring an electric hob, fridge, and sink. We even provide a delightful breakfast pack with milk, butter, bread, fruit juice, cereal, eggs, and, of course, tea and coffee to start your day right.
- Luxurious Touches: All bedding, towels, bathrobes, and flip-flops are provided. The hut even has underfloor heating to ensure that you return to a warm, inviting space after your day exploring the Dartmoor wilderness.
- Private Outdoor Space: Fancy a more rustic experience? The private fire pit outside the Shepherd’s Hut is perfect for cosy evenings under the stars, complete with the tranquil sounds of the surrounding countryside.

- Roomy and Comfortable: Each Bell Tent comes with a king or double bed and two single beds, all furnished with cosy bedding and soft linens. A table and chairs are also provided, so you can enjoy meals or games together, whether inside the tent or out.
- Facilities Pod: Adjacent to each tent is your private facilities pod, equipped with a flushing toilet and a gas-powered camping shower. We’ve also made these pods more accessible to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay (though unfortunately, they are not wheelchair accessible at this time).
- Camping Kitchen: Each tent features its own camping kitchen, complete with a two-ring gas burner and cold water tap for washing up. With the village shop just a short ¾ mile stroll away, you’ll have easy access to any supplies you need for your meals.
- Starlit Evenings by the Fire: What better way to end the day than by sitting around the fire pit, watching the stars, and listening to the nocturnal sounds of Dartmoor? Bring a torch—though we provide solar lighting, the dark skies of Dartmoor at night are not to be missed!
